raffle (added another!)

i was commissioned to draw this same character at one point. ;o; i'd love to get this bean if i could aa  Halloween NebnomRaffle Number one.Okay, first i'd like to thank everybody who had interest in my Halloween Nebnoms ! 
It doesen't matter if you did bid, did buy or just simply showed interest by commenting or faving - I am very happy and glad to know that many of you like what I do!
So, as some of you may recall we had something rather unpleasant happen a few weeks back where a user tried to lie towards multiple people , willingly ignored the rules several times after being told not to do so and last but not least was attampting to cheat others out of money in a very bad manner. [For those who still recall the Username- please do not go harass them. Everything that was needed to be said has been said by me in a calm way.]
So, why am I telling you guys this? Because I came to the decision that I want to make something good out of this bad situation.
As I do not want to make profit out of revoked characters, I decided to raffle them off one after another in order for them to find a new , loving

the reason for raffeling him off is the exact same as for ozuga ( and a few of you may know that from a few weeks back as both where frozen back then uu)
